Please Read Before Class

Welcome to Signature Real Estate School!

Here are some general housekeeping rules we ask you to follow in order for the course to be enjoyable for everyone.

DON’T BE LATE:  According to Nevada regulations, students may not miss more than 10% of the total class time to receive credit for completion.  As an example, a 3-hour class is 180 minutes, and 10% is 18 minutes.  If you are more than 18 minutes late, we cannot issue a certificate.

You will see a sign in sheet at the reception counter.  Be sure to sign in and time in.  You will also have to initial out and time out.  If you miss this step, we may not be able to issue you a certificate.

​We will be taking breaks of 10 minutes every hour.

​Restrooms are conveniently located just outside of the classroom.

​Help yourself to coffee, water, and more in the main area of our Signature Real Estate Group office.  No food please in the classroom please.

​We ask that there be no  pictures, videos, recordings, or cell phone, or laptop use.

​Be sure to see the calendar online so you are sure you are attending the right session, on the right day, and at the right time.  We think you will appreciate we have a variety of instructors who are agents and managers.

​At the end of class, you may be taking a quiz for reinforcement purposes only.

​You will be asked to submit an evaluation at the end of each session.  Certificates are usually issued on the spot.

​​We have put together the steps for you to complete under "What Do I Need to Do?" on the post-licensing/continuing ed page of this website.  Just start working those steps to have a pleasant experience.
