REAL ESTATE ESSENTIALS:120-HOUR REAL ESTATE PRE-LICENSING COURSE Tuition $399.00
The primary objectives of the Signature Real Estate School include preparation of students for the Nevada real estate licensing exam and to lay a solid foundation for the student's successful career in real estate. "Real Estate Essentials" is comprised of "Real Estate Pre- licensing Course: General Portion" (applicable to any state) and "Real Estate Essentials: Nevada State Law." The student will be educated on the general principles and practices of real estate as established by the textbook and the Pearson Vue testing agency. Each chapter in the General Portion begins with a list of stated objectives the student will be able to explain and demonstrate because of completing the chapter. The student will also be taught the Nevada Real Estate Licensing Laws and Regulations and be able to apply those laws to day-to- day situations. Further, the student will prove achievement of these objectives as evidenced by passing a school-administered final exam with a score of 75% or greater. This program of study satisfies the educational requirements of NAC 645.435 for the course required to obtain an original license and has been approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division on behalf of the Commission as well as the Commission on Postsecondary Education. This is a correspondence course of study where students may complete the course on their terms and their schedules. There are optional classroom sessions written to augment the program of study.
REAL ESTATE ESSENTIALS: 30-HOUR Supplemental Agency and Contracts: Tuition $99.00 The 30 hour supplemental agency and contracts course is a standalone course. It is designed for those students who have taken the 90 hour Pre-Licensing education requirements, but now need this supplemental course to complete their 120 hour required hours for completion of their training.
REAL ESTATE ESSENTIALS: 18-HOUR NEVADA STATE LAW COURSE Tuition $149.00
Real Estate Essentials: Nevada State Law" is a standalone course designed for those who have met the pre-licensing educational requirements for Nevada licensure with courses from another state or who may have had licensing experience in another state. We suggest you speak to a representative of the Licensing Department at the Nevada Real Estate Division, (702) 486-4033, to determine if you need the 120-hour or 18-hour course. This course focuses on NRS and NAC 645 and references the Nevada Law and Reference Guide and other relevant real estate laws. This course has been approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division on behalf of the Commission and is licensed by the CPE.
Supplemental Video Sessions: This course has been approved as a home-study correspondence course; however, we offer supplemental video sessions to enhance student learning and comprehension. Our optional videos are designed to supplement your home study program.
Holidays: The school is closed in observance of the following holidays: (2022) Memorial Day: Independence Day: Labor Day: Columbus Day: Veterans' Day: Thanksgiving Day and the day After Thanksgiving Day: Christmas Day and the day after Christmas.
Course Completion: Signature Real Estate School recommends all supplementary videos (optional), completion of the 120 hours by correspondence independent study, and the passing of the school-administered general and state final exams with a minimum score of 75% on each. As this is a correspondence course, it is ultimately the student's responsibility to monitor the number of hours devoted to the course and to determine whether he or she has adequately prepared for the exams. In the event the student fails either portion or both of the school exams, there are two alternative exams available. Answers to the final exams will not be provided to the students. Should the student fail all three exams, the student must wait 5 business days to study further and then test again. Upon meeting all course requirements, the student will be issued a Certificate of Completion to submit with licensure application.
Students must complete course requirements within six months from the enrollment date or the student's progress is considered unsatisfactory. Students may repeat as many classroom sessions as they wish within the six-month period. Students who wish to complete the course and have gone beyond this six-month period will have to reenroll for another six months and pay a reenrollment fee of $100.00. No credit will be given for any training previously received by a student from any institution other than the Signature Real Estate School.
Tuition and Course Materials: Tuition includes all videos, paperback textbooks, practice exams, the school final exam, and the Certificate of Completion. This course has been approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division on behalf of the Nevada Real Estate Commission.
Enrollment Procedure: Visit the website www.signatureschoolnv.com. Upon enrollment and the payment of tuition, Course materials will be available for pick up Signature Real Estate School (8912 Spanish Ridge Ave, Suite 210, Las Vegas, NV 89148: Monday-Friday, between 9:00-5:00).
For all courses, students must be 18 years of age or older. There are no other entrance requirements. All of the materials are in English. Students should have the ability to reasonably speak and read the English language. Candidates for licensing must be at least 18 years of age at the time of license application. Students are encouraged to review licensing requirements as posted on the Nevada Real Estate Division web site. No credit shall be allowed for training completed at another institution.
Right to cancel: You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, except as provided by law, within 3 business days from the above date. The school will send a refund no later than 10 business days after written request. If the cancellation is made after the 3 business days, the refund will be prorated.
Student Grievance Policy: Students enrolled in licensed, private post-secondary educational institution have the right to register a legitimate complaint with the Commission on Postsecondary Education.
Prior to filing a complaint, you must attempt to resolve the issue with school officials according to the policies of the school which you are attending. If you are unable to reach a solution, you may contact the Commission and they will attempt to resolve the issue.
If a resolution cannot be reached, you will be required to complete a formal complaint form: Formal complaints are investigated by staff and a decision by the administrator of the Commission. If either party does not agree with that decision, an appeal to the full Commission may be requested.
NRS394.520 allows for the following:
- A full refund can be ordered if it is determined that the school substantially failed to furnish the education agreed to in the enrollment contract:
- One-half of all monies paid can be ordered if it is determined that the school substantially furnished the education stated in the enrollment contract, but the conditions were substandard to the point the student could not be expected to complete the Other refunds will be awarded on a prorated basis with the approval the Director, Signature Real Estate School.

Account for Student Indemnification (NRS 394.553): Funds in the Account may be used to indemnify any student or enrollee who has suffered damage because of the discontinuance of operation of a postsecondary educational institution licensed in this state or any provision of NRS 394.383 to 394.560.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Each postsecondary educational institution shall have a policy for refunds which at least provides:
- That if the institution has substantially failed to furnish the training program agreed upon in the enrollment agreement, the institution shall refund to a student all the money the student has paid.
- That if a student cancels his or her enrollment before the start of the training program, the institution shall refund to the student all the money the student has paid, minus 10 percent of the tuition agreed upon in the enrollment agreement or $150, whichever is less, and that if the institution is accredited by a regional accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education, the institution may also retain any amount paid as a nonrefundable deposit to secure a position in the program upon acceptance so long as the institution clearly disclosed to the applicant that the deposit was nonrefundable before the deposit was paid.
- That if a student withdraws or is expelled by the institution after the start of the training program and before the completion of more than 60 percent of the program, the institution shall refund to the student a pro rata amount of the tuition agreed upon in the enrollment agreement, minus 10 percent of the tuition agreed upon in the enrollment agreement or $150, whichever is less.
- That if a student withdraws or is expelled by the institution after completion of more than 60 percent of the training program, the institution is not required to refund the student any money and may charge the student the entire cost of the tuition agreed upon in the enrollment agreement.
- If a refund is owed pursuant to subsection 1, the institution shall pay the refund to the person or entity who paid the tuition within 15 calendar days after the:
- Date of cancellation by a student of his or her
- Date of termination by the institution of the enrollment of a
- Last day of an authorized leave of absence if a student fails to return after the period of authorized absence; or
- Last day of attendance of a student,
- whichever is
- Books, educational supplies, or equipment for individual use are not included in the policy for refund required by subsection 1, and a separate refund must be paid by the institution to the student if those items were not used by the student. Disputes must be resolved by the Administrator for refunds required by this subsection on a case-by- case basis.
- For the purposes of this section:
- The period of a student's attendance must be measured from the first day of instruction as set forth in the enrollment agreement through the student's last day of actual attendance, regardless of absences.
- The period for a training program is the period set forth in the enrollment
- Tuition must be calculated using the tuition and fees set forth in the enrollment agreement and does not include books, educational supplies or equipment that is listed separately from the tuition and fees.

School Administration and Facility: The Signature Real Estate School is owned by Signature Holdings, Brandon Roberts corporate officer and managed by the Director, Brandon Roberts. The Signature Real Estate School is licensed with the Nevada Real Estate Division and with the Commission on Postsecondary Education. The licensed and approved instructors are Brandon Roberts and Lois F. Harper. Classroom sessions are conducted at the Signature Real Estate School, 8912 Spanish Ridge Ave, Suite 210 Las Vegas, Nevada 89148. Maximum capacity in the classroom is 30 students. Restrooms are convenient to the classroom. There is ample parking in front of the building. The classroom is handicap accessible. It shall be the Director's sole discretion if a student's conduct is inappropriate and shall determine the appropriate course of action.
